3KB Kneading Block can give raw material a higher average shear rate and shear force under the same screw rotation speed,because of the shallow screw groove,thin material layer,three head is better than two head in heat transfer,and is good for raw material plastcizing,melting.But bacause of strong shear force,3KB Kneading Block is generally not suggested to shear sensitive material,such as glass fiber,PVC,etc.
