The gears are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength alloy carburizing steel, with teeth undergoing carburizing and quenching processes. All gear grinding operations are performed using imported gear grinding machines to ensure precision. Gear parameters are optimized and specifically designed to suit the operational characteristics of twin-screw extruders, effectively reducing stress concentration at the gear roots and enhancing surface conditions.

We have significantly improved the gear’s flexural fatigue resistance, fatigue strength, and the width-to-diameter ratio.
